  First they scheduled our meeting time wrong, I requested 2pm and the confirmation email said 8am. I had to call them back to fix it. Second, Vitaliy Shavlovskiy called me two days before the meeting and after asking two questions quoted me a price of $200,000 to install an in-ground hot tub with sunroom surround. I said that seemed really high but we could discuss it more in person, and Vitaliy sighed and said okay in a way that made it clear he was hoping I would freak out about the price and cancel.
  
  Fast forward two days and I'm waiting for him at 2pm. He called to say he was stuck in traffic, then half an hour later he had a woman from the office call me to say (get this) his daughter was in an accident at school so he had to cancel. They screwed up the meeting time, tried to trick me into cancelling the appointment, and then outright lied to me with a manipulative story about a hurt child. What kind of people do that? Not the kind you can trust with a major construction project.
