  This poor excuse of a pharmacy deserves 0 stars! After spending a good amount of time on the phone giving this pharmacy all my prescription information, current health conditions, and insurance information, I was told that they accepted both my insurances, and that i was good to go. Well after a week passed, I had to call them to request some refills. The representative put in my order for the meds that i needed and said they would be shipped out that day. Well after another 3 days had lapsed, I was concerned that my medications that i needed were not in my mailbox, so i gave them a call to find out where my order was. I spoke to an Aaron who informed me that my primary insurance was not accepted by this pharmacy. I then replied, Why didn't nobody notify me of this and tell me this when i supplied my insurance info? He said he didn't know why, so i asked to speak to a manager. Spoke to a Grey who identified himself as the call center supervisor and told me that my order was rejected two days ago due to my primary insurance, and that I was in the so called queue to be called. I wish i could have seen all these horrible reviews on this place, before i wasted alot of my time trying to get established with this Mickey Mouse outfit. STAY FAR AWAY from these jokers. They will promise you that your order is being shipped, and you will be waiting for eternity for an order that will never arrive!!

  Writing this for my wife. This is the 2nd time in a year she has had major problems filling her prescriptions. First time was at the beginning of the year when our health ins. changed and we had to switch prescrip provider. New scripts were phoned in by her doctor. After 2 weeks waiting, she called for order status and was told that their "new" system was making things move slowly. Whatever the h*%$ that means. Second time was when she used their automated phone refill system in late Oct for two meds. One arrived in just over a week (really? we live less than a 2 hr drive from Ptlx area ). The other medication was a no show. She called for status and found that they had no refill order on file. Now she's out and it's evident by symptoms. As of 1.1.18, this vendor is no longer part of our health ins. Not that she would use them anymore. Good riddance.
